No refunds or cancellations once the order is confirmed and payment is completed.
No refunds in case of wrong nail measurements/sizes, make sure you choose the right nail size (please check the size guide for more details on sizing). You can order a sizing kit to avoid ordering wrong sizes.
No alterations or changes can be made to the nail set after receiving the order and the sizes cannot be changed.

All products are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
